Miss PBA-Michigan Brittany San Agustin

I was with the group of few people who accompanied Miss PBA-Michigan Brittany San Agustin to the Miss NABA 2011 beauty pageant held in Toronto, Canada last September 2.

Fe San Agustin, Brittany’s grandma, and myself felt we were in Cloud 9 shortly after Brittany was declared winner of the Miss NABA 2011 crown.

Brittany, who is also Miss NaFFAA-Michigan, dominated the beauty contest participated in by 13 beauties, winning three special awards after she was named holder of the coveted title.

The pageant night would have been perfect had it not been for the unrestrained screaming and jumping of the cheerers of the other candidates.

They probably thought that they could swing the decisions of the judges through their wild cheering.
There were less than 10 of us who were rooting for Brittany, and our subdued cheering was no match to the screaming by the cheerers of the rival candidates.

In the end though, we were practically screaming with joy.
